I've decided that it is time for my first giveaway. Every girl needs a well constructed snood in their wardrobe. I am personally a huge fan of Arthelias Attic's snoods. They are crafted from a 1942 pattern, using high quality lightweight fine fingered yarn. Each snood comes with a matching grosgrain ribbon at the top which is pinned on so it can be removed if you prefer.

ReplyDeleteThe bows really are tops. Good luck!
DeleteThis giveaway is so topical to me, as I've had snoods on the brain for the past week big time! I have a few inexpensive rayon ones, but some of them blend colours if they get wet, so I don't wear them that often. I adore the look of snoods though, so a few nights ago I went searching for snood sellers and found Arthelia's attic (a fellow vintage loving lady, who wears snoods often, also recommended it - so I knew I was onto something good!). I haven't ordered from them yet, but am completely smitten with their snoods and just about jumped for joy when I saw that you were offering one as a giveaway (thank you!).
ReplyDeleteI follow you both with Bloglovin' and also Google Friend connect, and will be posting about this giveaway over at Chronically Vintage on Thursday January 10th.
♥ Jessica

DeleteHello, this is perfect for your first giveaway! I would love to be entered. Please read my post about your giveaway and my love of the snood. http://littlepinkdresslinda.blogspot.com/2013/01/snood-giveaway.html I'm so glad I found you via Chronically Vintage. Also, I'm happy to see a fellow Coloradoan on here! Have you ever heard of the Colorado Rockabilly band Juke Joint Cruisers? They are so fun, and they live in Northeastern Colorado. Have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteI have actually danced the night away to the Juke Joint Cruisers as well as talked fashion with the lead singer. Great group, great guys! You probably get to see them more than I do as they are a northern Colorado group... lucky girl!

I've been thinking of snoods recently, and I would love to have my first one from Arthelia's Attic! The sage, navy, and warm red ones are especially versatile, I think, for a first snood!
Those are all great colors. I am partial to the warm red as that is the one I own!
DeleteGood luck!
